Just wondering if anyone can recommend/swear by any products or remedies that reduce the look of dark circles? I was thinking a concealer of some type but no idea where to start with colours?! I'm quite pale skinned if that makes a difference. Not too fussed on price either if it works

YSL Touche Eclat is great on dark circles, and should work well on your pale skin. Max Factor panstick foundation works well as a concealer, but with a little translucent powder over the top because it can tend to be quite oily. Also drinking LOADS of water every day really does work. Lastly, avoid brown eyeliner on the inner corners of the eye, it makes any dark circles look worse.

I wasnt mad keen on touche eclat. I would agree, lots of water and sleep are the best thing for 'curing' them, but to cover them up... I've found a good clinique concealer (Cant remember the name but its a green pen-type one), which I like because its a brush so it gets right into the inner corner of my eye.
Oh and if you have any light/white eyeshadow, I put a little bit in the inner corner of my eye and it brightens it a bit!

I found the Benefit consealer far more impressive than Touche Eclat. Can't remember the name but it's a little round one.

I hope you don't mind me asking but are you light skinned and do you use the light or dark shade as I was reading an online review and was surpised to see that she went for the darker shade in the end.

I imagined a light shade would be better for light skin.

No, I'm sort of medium to dark but with a warm skin tone and freckles. It's my wierd Italian/Scottish genes

I use the medium (no 2) Boi-ing and that is pretty good for me, though I would also be ok to use the no 3.

Reading that review, I've also got a Realness of Concealness kit which I bought on the plane going on holiday and that's certainly worth a look (Thomsons/First Choice airways sell it).

Another big thumbs up for Bo-ing.

Not only is it great for coverage it also stays in place without cracking unlike many other concealers.

I am a another fan of Touche Eclat....

Although watching Miss Congeniality last night ( ) hemorrhoid cream is meant to be good for 'eye baggy's' (I am not advocating this - I have never tried so please don't do anything silly )

Other remedies I have heard include cucumber on the eyes or warm tea bags (Camomille are meant to be the best!!)

I use both Benefit Erase Paste and Touche Eclat and both are great but will probably not buy Touche Eclat again, it's far more expensive and can't get my shade (no. 3) in any UK shops!

If you do internet shopping, feelunique do it for £17.50 delivered. I've just got shade 1 from there.

I've started using Stila powder. It is very light, and it hides dark circles as well as other blemishes:

If you want a cheaper version, Maybellines's concealer stick covers them rather well! I suffer with bad dark cirlces, nothing gets rid off them so I cover them up. I ran out of my recent concealer which was excellent and found the Maybelline to be just as good and was only around£4! Worth a go!

Yep def reccomend touche eclat.

Nivea Visage Aqua Sensation stuff works a treat for me, but have to put more on during the day.
