I'd never noticed it until it was used in either the Dr Who confidential or the Doctors' Greatest Hits (not sure which it was) tonight when they showed The Next Doctor episode with the Doctor and the Imposter saying it simultaneously.

Has it been used much by DT's Doctor then?
I presume it must have been reading a few threads on here tonight.
