There is no 'up' or 'down' in space.
You only get a sense of up and dowm, when you feel the effect of a gavitational 'pull' - and when that happens, 'down' will be towards the object generating the gravitational pull.
If you are floating, effectively weightless - then your brain's experience of.... head = up - feet = down.... would take priority.
If your head was pointing towards a planet/moon/asteroid, then you would percieve it to be above you, until you get near enough to feel it's gravity.
