BB1:

Nick, of course, Caroline to add tension and Anna, the real winner of BB1.

BB2:

Narinder, again for tension, Brian and Helen to add humour

BB3:

Alex and Jade, because BB3 wouldn't have been as succesful without them, and Adele, she'd make great viewing

BB4:

Jon and Fed, because BB4 belonged to them, and Tania, because there were hints of tension with her.

And definitely NOT Alison!! She was rightly booted out of BB3 at the first proper eviction and she's probably responsible for the viewer free zone that is Celebrity Fit Club.

The woman's just not liked by viewers.

And who can blame them.

I'd go with the latter selection but I'd substitute Kate for Caroline.

She'd certainly add tension.

Oh, and let's get rid of Jon, Fed and Tania too. I'd prefer Sandy, Lyn and ............. oh, alright then......Fed.

That's a terrific 'wish-list'................but the only ones who might do it, I would suggest, would be nick and jade with a small possibility that helen and fed could be persuaded. None of the others would.

The main problem being that the people we want to see wouldn't do it, largely because they have already been successful, made their dosh, got TV careers or whatever

The folks that would do it are the desperados................and do we really want to see them again ?

What about those people that aren't doing anything at the moment and wouldn't mind doing it for a larf?
Kate won't be able to do it, she's being groomed for one of those female detective series, apparently it's a new idea instead of always having blokes take the lead.
Now let me think, who else do I know that's "resting" and just waiting for the right game show to come along?

Disclaimer: Kate isn't really being groomed for a detective series.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if Our Alex could be persuaded to do it..........

But now that he has the lovely and very fragrant Mel at home, it would be difficult to prise him out of the door................and who can blame him ?.

Looks like Alex is the REAL winner after all....................

I imagine Spence would be pretty keen though................

I like the idea of Law Girl - the long leg of the law reaching out to fight injustice...................mmm, I'd watch that.............

Swing, you were doing so well with your new angelic status, right up to the last sentence there, then you spoilt it all! More practise needed I'm afraid!

I think, definately, if there were ever to be a Big Brother: All Stars, they wouldn't be able to put winners and finalists in the show. Why? We have already seen Jade in a drunken stupor and bitching, we already have seen Brian and liked him.

I would prefer to see those characters who left before they really got out of their shell:

Boys:
Tom (BB1), Spencer (BB3), Bubble (BB2), Federico (BB4), Tim (BB3), Gaetano (BB4)

Girls:
Anouska (BB4), Narinder (BB2), Melanie (BB1), Alison (BB2, Vanessa (CBB1), Adele (BB3)

Put them back into the Big Brother 1 type house; small, no luxuries, no extra 'rewards' of alcohol, good weekly challenges. You will have the flirtyness of Melanie and Anouska battling against each other, Tom vying for Mel's attention again with other characters such as Narinder and Bubble, the house would be very heated and would be interesting to watch. Maybe even change one of the female options (Alison) to Amma or Lynne.

I agree with an allstars version, the allstars survivor is great, an allstars us big brother will be great. A uk allstars show might not work as well coz theres not so much of a 'game' element to the show as their is in the US. They really need to let folk discuss nominations in the UK show...makes for a much more interesting show....US big brother has been far superior in terms of the game element than uk big brother. I've just finished watching USA Big Brother 3 complete dvd box set, all 32 episodes, and it was absolutly brilliant....I hated having to go to bed at night coz I wanted to keep watching...watching the uk show becomes a routine after the first couple of weeks and C4's editing sucks.

Anyway, if there was an allstars game heres my picks.

BB1
Anna
Darren
Mel

BB2

Stuart
Dean
Helen

BB3

Sandy (if he was willing)
Sophie
Spencer
Kate

BB4

Jon
Fed
Anouska

BB5

2 or 3 contestents

I like the idea of having an All stars with the housemates that we didn't get to know, but I'm not sure about winners and runners up, what would stop it being the disaster that BTR became??

Can you imagine the conversations between Helen and Jade it would make great TV.

I think if BB5 fails they may do this well hopefully.

by far yes. Narrider was crap and annoying. Dean was a decent guy and stuart was great at playing the game. I didn't and dont like Brian. He's overly camp and very loud and very annoying, plus he's quite famous now and really shouldn't be in a show like this Kate hasn't acheived nearly the same fame is isn't annoying as hell...hence me putting her back in (plus she's the nicest looking UK housemate ever)

I wholeheartedly agree. Firstly, Narinder was annoying - but I'd rather be lumbered with 12 contestants who might cause a fight that Cameron. Dean, admittedly was nice, but he was nothing to write home about. Stuart was evil, I swear that Satan had a word with him before he entered the house.

And another thing, fully agreeing with no to the 'big-name' housemates. Would their attitudes have changed with the fame? On the iTV awards with Rhona Cameron, Kate came across as 'I am a TV present, I don't need this crap' type of person. Would she really be the same woman that entered the Big Brother 3 house? And since Brian now voice-overs programmes on Trouble and used to do SM:TV live, would he still be so shocked at the public like him? Housemates change with the public adoration and in my honest opinion it would be wrong to put them back in.

Put the people I listed above back in, because they have won't have had much trouble with the public since they left, and no reason to say no to going back in.

Once again, just voicing my opinon. OK, Jade says stupid things - it was fun in Big Brother, but you see how pear-shaped it went in Back To Reality. Jade has changed since the experience.

Housemates who were loved by the public for one trait, e.g. stupidity, will play up on it big time in Big Brother: All Stars - and it will turn into a botch show. Craig playing his 'nice builder' image, Helen and Jade being 'stupid', Kate probably frolicking with a man, Brian upping the tempo on the 'campness' and Jon, if he goes in, will mention Science a lot more.

Big Brother housemates are not normal people, they are media wise contestants to as seen in a previous thread have had acting experience amongst other things. They might not even be the 'bubbly' characters of which we see in Big Brother. Jade was in the first ever episode of London's Burning, Alison has appeared in television programmes, as has Jonny.
