Don't know if this has been asked but now the doctor has regenerated does the doctor on the parallell universe regenerate of stay the way he is??

He said he would "grow old and never regenerate", so presumably he's still the same Doctor.

But doesn't Pete's World have a Time Lord of their own? Whether it be in 9 or 10's form or a different Doctor completely?

I don't think so. The Time Lords exist outside of time, or something like that.

Also, if there was a Doctor in the parallel universe Rose and Torchwood would have encountered him at some point. Such as when the stars were going out.

But even so it's the Doctor from our Universe that Rose is in love with so even if she found a Doctor from Pete's World I don't think she'd settle.

Wouldn't want her to. I quite like the idea of her and the Clone Doctor together.
