The TARDIS changing to another object
Seeing as it's iconic as a police box how would people take it if the writers decided to change it to something else or even get the chameleon circuit working?

It will not happen. Doctor Who fans wouldn't hear of it.
And The Doctor likes it the way it is

If they did the new logo would have really been a waste of time.

Six fixed his chameleon circuit and played around a bit. The most ridiculous thing is when a TARDIS is disguised as something which blatantly has no way in and the characters all sort of walk behind it as if they're entering.

*looks at 2010 Trailer*
What about a RED Phone Box? I'd like the Doctor to fix it but keep the Police box for sentimentality, just change it for plot reasons (defensive purposes mainly!) |

by the comment The doctor made to the Tardis in the preview "Where will you take me now" I Think He has No control over the time or place he goes any more. He Might Have Blow the controls with the release of all that radiation when he regenerated. and that might as give the Tardis random spurts of Morphing.

Funny how all that radiation blew up the TARDIS but didn't effect his clothes in any way!

I always thought the way to save Who in the '90s was to have the Tardis become a Coke machine to get megabucks big budget sponsorship by Coca-Cola.
Howabout nowadays a Dr Pepper machine. "Dr Who sponsored by Dr Pepper. What's the worst that could happen ?" |

![]() edit: Also, didn't The 9th Doctor reveal to Rose in Boom Town that he's actually fixed the Circuit, but he keeps it the way it is because he actually likes that look now? |

Is that when it materialised in a garage, as a Piano?
