Seems to be a player software by a guy called Jamie Warren?
He is either using his own software to pick up the existing online streams (for iplayer, ITV player Sky player etc) or picking them off air and and then streaming them himself!, probably the later since Sky and ch4 have DRM on their streams so you can only use their own players

Can't see how he will make money unless he inserts his own ads and if so will have lawyers from the TV companies knocking on his door soon!

I use - http://www.tvguide.co.uk/ - it's very good you can watch all the freeview channels live, you don't need to download any software for it to work, been a tv guide it works as a great epg
