He obviously has.

Bit odd asking why someone appeared in a programme you never watch.

That he would visit the grand-daughter of someone that his alter-ego (John Smith) fell in love with, and not visit at all Reinette is bizarre.”

But the Doctor already had a set number of visits with her, on the last arriving after she had died when he spoke with a gentleman whose relation to Reinette I can't recall.

So if he had arrived at any point between the visits he had already made then he would have crossed his own timeline which he had always claimed is bad.

Turning up to the granddaughter of a past "love" doesn't affect what has already gone.

Why are you posting on the Doctor Who forum if it's so annoying?

Jessica Hynes is a legend, and David Tennant's wonderful.

Exactly. Also he knew how her life turned out as she was a historical figure.

Which rests my case, Simon Pegg has continued to write such good stuff movies etc and all jessica stevenson has done is written that tv programme with David Tennant which was total crap, and i know that jessica was sleeping with Simon when Space was written, so I wonder who wrote all the good scenes?

You have a massive chip on your shoulder dont you, and if you have a problem with her going and rant about it some were else as this is a Doctor and Torchwood forum not which celeb annoys me, and judging by some peoples views on here the liked her and think she is a good actress as do I.

Yes. You "know" that they were sleeping together, even though just a bit earlier you couldn't remember that she cowrote the show.

Not for the first time in this thread, I'm confused, but that's because I'm female. If he was suggesting that, wouldn't that imply that she was sleeping with David Tennant and that he wrote all the good scenes, beccause women are incapable of being good writers who just happen to have some time off to raise 3 children??

1. So first you say there was no point her being in it - then everyone points out that her character was in it before.
2. Then you say 'oh I meant why was she asked back, and no-one knows what else she's written' - everyone points out the award-winning show she co-wrote.
3. Now you're saying 'OK, so she DID co-write an award-winning show, but what's she been in recently'.

You can keep asking questions, people can keep answering them, and at no point will you acknowledge that each of your claims are being shot down in flames.

Troll.

That would explain why Jessica had just one scene and David was in scene after scene after scene and got all the good dialogue!

I suppose he could have turned up at another time before he jumped into the party on a horse, provided he could pretend he was still moving between time periods on that spaceship- I don't think she knew how many times she'd see him (? may be remembering wrong), only that he would turn up and save her when she needed him to.

I didn't like the whole goodbye to everyone thing to be honest, but since it was done, Reinette probably should have been at least mentioned.
