Finally got around to signing up here after reading for ages and thought I'd use my first post to show my support for Mikey and Mel!

I'm not new to the forums but new to this thread and Mikey and mel are one of my fave partnerships. My fave boy is Mikey and my fave female Danniella.

Superb performance from Mikey & Mel tonight.

Great performance tonight and no stumbles - yay.

In the main show thread some though he was overmarked but I don't think so. His routine was less difficult that some like Danny's but he delivered what was asked of him well. I am hoping this performance boosts his confidence & he can improve over the weeks. I think he is the best all rounder at the moment - good skater, good performance & great partnership with Mel. Just needs to up the content a bit more but he should do it gradually & not try to do too much too soon like Danny.

I freally enjoyed their performance tonight, strong skang from Mikey & their partnership is great!

When my eyes became accustomed to the flourescent green outifits I really enjoyed Mikey and Melanie's performance on the ice. He is gaining in confidence now and I would think he will go far in the competition and may even win it !!

I love the fact he seems to be really enjoying it too, although seems like he did have a bit of a wobble midweek last week! Also like the fact he seems to have no fear and his willingness to try anything and not worry about making a fool of himself - something a few of the other celebs seem to worry quite a bit about!

I just adore Mikey and Melanie, they're so fun to watch.
I thought Mikey was quite quick on the ice, yes I agree he seems fearless, and his smile is contagious hehe

Yay. So glad that Mel is on too & they are not just focussing on the celeb. Mikey is on Mr & Mrs on saturday as well.

Enjoyed seeing them on This Morning, did people see Mel's new shoes?

They were really good on this morning! They spoke a bit about training and Mikey spoke about Stephen.

From their preview their routine for Sunday night looks really good and we'll get to see Mikey's comedic side as well

Have just watched the Friday show on ITV player & their routine looks good. Can't wait for Sunday's show now.

Mikey is wearing pink tonight

Absolutely fantastic performance again by Mikey & Mel tonight. Worth every point they got - though surprised Robin only marked them 0.5 more than Emily. But whatever - doesn't detract anything from Mikey's superb performance and ability.

He did amazing tonight. The cheeky chappy comedy routine was great for him.

I've settled on these two as my favourites.

They are so cute together - and Mikey has an ease about him when he skates.
