Ke$ha has broken download records in the US with her debut single 'Tik Tok'.

The track became the most downloaded song in seven days, shifting 610,000 units in the last week of December.

According to Nielsen SoundScan, the song broke the previous record set by Flo Rida's 2009 hit 'Right Round', which also features Ke$ha on vocals.

Ke$ha has spent the past two weeks at the helm of the Billboard Hot 100 and enjoyed eight weeks at number one in Australia last year.

Personally, I'm not surprised as it's insanely catchy and it's no surprise that it's still #1 on US iTunes.

It's just a typical party track, it peaked over the holiday new years period, not surprising

The same with BEP "I Gotto Feeling" towards new years it climbled like 7 places

IGAF has climbed because it was performed on the biggest New Years event broadcast to the nation!
