I'm a 21 year old musician studying audio production.
I'm not a Christina Aguilera obsessive. It pains me to read this constant GaGa news and I'm bored of it. The thought of even more exposure over the coming year makes me want to rip my ears off.
Some of us CAN actually remember the days before GaGa. She wasn't the first woman to have a fringe , sunglasses and a brightly coloured dress.
Some people calling me an obsessive christina fan want to take a long hard look at their own posts - running in here to dismantle any posts about Gaga.
As for the post I've quoted...I will knock anyone to make Christina sound better? What in the name of God are you talking about?! I like music by a lot of artists without having an affinity to them. The only christina album I have in the house is Stripped and it is an exceptional album. My favourite band is The Beatles so I'm confused as to how you see me as a Christina publicity bodyguard.
I state facts. Cold hard facts.
Christina Aguilera has great vocal talent and a very unique and recognisable voice. She's a massive recording artist and has many fans who look forward to new material.
Gaga made some outrageous statements , wore strange dresses and gave ridiculously obsurd television interviews to get people talking about - what amounts to being a truly mediocre album.
Unfortunately for some it worked. Gaga's voice is niether powerful, talented or unique. She's ordinary and everything about her is average except her "out-there" appearence which is clearly why she's constantly looking to stir up publicity by going out in ridiculous costumes.
