I found it hard to tell. During the GM task, Andrea seemed like a good leader to me. She planned well, had the concept, had the elements that went to it, and executed. She also improvised well when it turned out that an activity wasn't allowed. I expect the others worked well too, but I didn't see any justification for Ally saying Andrea didn't deserve that win. She might be right, but with a 45-minute show the task only gets 15 minutes so is very superficial.
I do agree that Andrea has poor social skills. I guess she's never needed them, on account of being smart, beautiful, and rich. She was fired because the others didn't like her. If that's the right decision, well, OK, but I doubt it would have happened like that in the UK version.
One thing I noticed is that Andrea didn't seem to defend herself much. That was out of character. I suspect she defended herself lots and it was cut because it made Trump look bad.

I'm not an especial fan of Lee, and I do like Charmaine, but I didn't see her point here. Although he put Tarek in charge of the leaflet, Tarek was arguably the best man for the job. The other key decisions, ie getting up early and staking out the queues, seemed to be Lee. I suppose it's not rocket science, but maybe they wouldn't have got up so early with anyone else in charge. The work done on selling to hotels paid off too.
