Lol, if his album was good he would have sold a fair few more regardless of the conditions..others have. You cannot use the excuse of Rihanna and GaGa, cos I doubt most of their fans are fans of his lol...
And not sound funny but Cash Money's parent is Universal, so if he had warrented the money for a Rihanna style promo, I'm sure he would have got it!
He has sold 90,00 copies of his album in 6 weeks, that is pretty poor, in a few weeks he will be out of top 100 albums and will never return!
