My cat has been neutered but wasn't done til he was over a year old, which means he had already learnt some anti social habits lol. Not sure if it's down to the snow stopping him from going out as much but in the last few days he has turned his attention to me!

Whenever I go to bed he jumps up on the duvet and tries to bite my hand. Not a proper bite but just trying to hang on, then he starts humping the duvet cover. I push him off and a few seconds later he's trying to do the same to my leg! Had to shut him out of the bedroom eventually lol. Eventually I had to recreate an old toy of his which he used to do the same with. So I'm currently sat here on the laptop whilst my cat is over in the corner of the living room, wearing a glazed expression, and humping a sock stuffed with newspaper.

Next time I'm getting a goldfish.
Message to all new cat owners. Get them neutered before they grow up to be perverts.

Sounds like one of my Mums cats. He's a bit of a pervert he was neutered at about the right age but we actually took him to the vet to be spayed as we were told from the cat rescue centre 'he' was a 'she'. We took her word for it having never had a 'she' cat before until a month or 2 earlier. (Which I'll admit we did compare the difference between her and the previous 'boy' cat we'd got 2 weeks prior.
Anyway we took 'Katie' for her turn to be spayed & the vet informed us it was a boy, so Katie became Charlie. So he was neutered but it doesn't seem to have calmed his 'urges' down. My Mum even rang the vets as she was cncerned for our poor female cat & wondered if maybe he hadn't been 'done' right. The vet told her to bring him in as well as the poor female cat to get them checked over. Both ops had been successful but vet suggested Charlie probably has 'behavioural' problems & it has something to do with the fact he spent the first few months of his life living as a 'girl'.
He'll try it on with us but it's poor Amy we feel sorry for, bless her she'll be minding her own business when he'll pounce.
Pleased I'm not the only one with a perverted cat

One of my cats humps my favourite dressing gown, if I leave it lying on the bed. I too am glad to know there are other pervert cats out there!

lol I feel better to know it's not just mine. 'Chloe' is another one who was thought to be a female cat when I brought him home as a kitten. I didn't bother changing his name though. Now he's getting his own back.

Yep,one of mine is a dressing gown humper too. Or if he can't get hold of a dressing gown a towel will do, or a scarf, or a jumper, or the dogs blanket..............

This morning he woke me up by grabbing my hair and trying to hump my head. I've never been so attractive to the opposite sex. Can't wait for the snow to clear so he can go back to worrying the local cat population.

This thread is making me laugh so much! My 6 month old neutered kitten enjoys lying on a furry cushion, pounding it and dribbling with his eyes half closed in ecstasy. Never seen him trying to hump anything though...

More likely to be Fred West, considering the evil looks he gives me.

LOL we had a dog that humped coat sleeves, our legs and VISITORS LEGS TOO. He was even randier than me. When he was 10 we got a kitten and he humped HIM until the kitten got fed up and scratched him. Didn't hump him ever again.

Ours does this too but she's a girly. She entices the dog to join her and when he has a bit lick she bites his face and tries to hold on to him.I always end up scratched from prising them apart.

He's my third cat. Kipling was very well behaved and Tabitha was an old girl when I got her. This one is a little thug. Fortunately since the snow went he's been back outside, no doubt terrorising the local feline population as usual, so he's too tired when he returns to get up to anything.

My little Princesses are positively virginal. They are house cats so they have never known the lewd behaviour of the local toms - although one does come calling at the back door!

I used to have a BF whose dog humped Christmas paper. Very strange.

My cat was neutered while he was still a small kitten, but it hasn't stopped him humping cuddly toys and clothing. As a matter of fact he's just finished humping the pashmina that my daughter had left on the dining table.

My Bill was neutered 3 weeks ago (aged 8 months) and he too is obsessed with my dressing gown and my favourate cushion. He also keeps trying to hump my youngest 'Stanley' who is only 3 months.

Hopefully he'll start to calm down a little soon.
