Of late I have been having difficulties with the remote control of my Freesat +. When using BBC text on numerous occasions when trying to advance pages the remote actually changes channel on the Freesat +. I wonder have any other users encountered this and can offer a solution.

I have seen the same several times.
The first few times I assumed that I had pressed the P button instead of the silver ring.
When it happens I go back into the correct channel & reselect "text" & it usually works.
Irritating but no casualties.
