God, yes!
Sad that he is best known for Without You and Everybody's Talkin', neither of which he wrote, when he did write wonderful songs as diverse as Mournin' Glory Story and Coconut, Without Her and Good Old Desk. Lovely voice and incredible vocal technique too. |

Lovely voice and incredible vocal technique too. The upper register of Nilsson's voice, which was ultimately his greatest asset, had been permanently (though not irredeemably) damaged. |

I love his music. 'Aerial Ballet' and 'Harry' are two of my favourite albums, but I think all of his albums are good. I think 'One' is my favourite song of his.
Also worth mentioning is 'The Point', a child's musical cartoon he wrote. It's a lot of fun with some really good tunes like 'Me And My Arrow'. |

I have a soft spot for 'Open Your WIndow' from 'Harry'' and his version of 'Mr Bojangles'. Just waiting for the 'Son Of Dracula' soundtrack and 'Flash Harry' to come out on CD now and haven't got that compilation of his early stuff either
