Competition seems to have stepped up a notch now, but has Emily, really? I fear not.

Could she be in the skate off this week, along with, doubtlessly, Sharron?

Fred threw some seriously sexy shapes in that routine tonight....

Fred and Emily have always been on borrowed time and I can't see who else could be in the skate-off tonight at this stage.

Will this be Fred's swansong?

I think so, I'm afraid. I thought they may go last week if Sharron hadn't gone into the skate-off, but she saved Emily!

The only hope is that they don't end up in the bottom two after voting, but it seems Dr Hilary's votes went elsewhere last week.

If they're in the bottom two, which is highly likely, I think they're goners.

Well, it was nice while it lasted!

Fred has to be out now.


Daniella is the celeb who deserves to stay.

I seen it, was nice to see Fred. Shame he wasn't on This Morning though, was looking forward to that.

I know Mel and Fred and Maria and Matt G. Not sure who else. I would assume others would be those that are left in the competition.

Does anyone remember when Fred recorded a programme, I think to be aired on Channel 5, where he and Maria were cooking?

Does anyone know the name of the programme and whether it has already aired, or when it is due to be aired? I remember him tweeting back in Jan I think that it would air in March.

Chinese food in minutes. I think That's what it is anyway. It's on Tuesdays's 7.30 pm. I think Fred said it would be on in March so could be anytime now.

No idea if they have been on yet though as i haven't watched it. Maybe Maria or Fred will tweet when their episode is shown.

It's not them this week...or next week by the looks of it. Hopefully we haven't missed them!
