I have searched these forums - and found a number of answers, but remain confused! Haven't managed to get through to Humax technical support.
Unit will not accept my postcode - EPG is not being loaded, so initial thoughts are that I am not picking up Eurobird.
When I check through the hummie appendix to check signal from transponder 11428H 27500A I get strength 85%, Quality 0%. From other transponders (eg 11954H 27500A) I get 90% strength, 50% quality). I presume 11428H is the Eurobird? I am in South Scotland.
So this would indicate that my dish is not set up to get Eurobird?
What is really confusing me is that my Panasonic TV has a freesat tuner, with separate connection to the same LNB (it's a quad one) - and the EPG is always complete for the TV..
Faulty Hummy - or could the dish alignment be out (even though the TV picks it up)?
