Though the Melissa never said Dannii wasn't pregnant, just that she wasn't 12weeks pregnant. This article on the HackfordJonesPR site clears it up!

But they're saying the baby will be born in July and for that she has to be at least 3 months pregnant now.

Yep which is why she's confirming it now. She's just had her 3month scan and everything is good

It sounds like when the rumours first appeared she hadn't had confirmation of everything being ok and wanted to keep it quiet until there was.

The papers aren't allowed to write things until a scan has been done and come back clear so that's why she was suing.

Consdiering the paparazzi pics were removed it's still confusing.

I thought the pap pics were taken down due to copyright? Also might be that she wanted to keep things quiet for as long as possible?

Yvie just tweeted that she got a text from Dannii and Terry is tweeting his congratulations as well

..and she is pregnant! This is getting slightly confusing! I guess the paper should have waited until they could confirm she did have the 12 week scan when they reported! I can understand why she will probably want to sue them! By reporting it slightly prematurely, had anything been wrong, they would have robbed her of the right to deal with it privately!

I don't see what the confusion is.

She just wanted to keep it quiet until she got the results of the 12 week scan - I think that's fair enough.

I am four months pregnant and barely have a noticeable bump (it's more clear when I'm in the nude, but only one person gets to see me like that!), so it's totally within reason that the same is true for Danni. The uterus only moves above the pelvis at around 12 weeks and body types can affect how a bump shows.

Also, we had some very worrying weeks with extra scans and there was a good chance we'd have a loss - fortunately that wasn't the case, but that's why so many people don't tell until after 12 weeks.

Yeah exactly, I completely agree with you. She obviously just wanted to make sure everything was ok before announcing it. Plus it HAS been confirmed, as SHE herself tweeted it on twitter, and so did Kris, and so did Kylie.. all their accounts are actually them.

Don't be so ridiculous. There is a reason why mothers do not reveal they are pregnant until after 12 weeks - imagine if something had happened to the baby?
