If you need the cream to be unperfumed, then E45 or aqueous cream is brilliant. Get some cotton gloves(Boots sell them),and slather on loads of cream before bed,put the gloves on overnight, then your hands will be gorgeous in the morning. Us hairdressers have to use this method alot and it works.
![]() thanks will try and give that a whirl..Hope you ok

Neutragena is supposed to be good. The ultimate is L'Occitane had cream made with Shea butter. It shouldn't give you any trouble at all, it worked on my moms psorosis on her hands. Debenhams sell the range now and often have a sample tube out for you to try. It may appear expensive but it lasts AGES!! and is soooo thick and creamy but sinks in straight away!

Yeah the L'Occitane hand cream is lovely, I use this for day time. In the evening I use Burt's Bees Banana hand cream, which may be deemed as heavy to some so may not to be to everyone's taste. A little goes a long way though.

Emulsifying ointment, you can get a big pot from the chemist, and you can also use it as soap. Another one that I like is Hemp from the body shop, it's lovely and thick but not greasy.

I got some Crabtree & Evelyn stuff free with a magazine, its quite nice - Not too thick but quite rich.
My problem with hand cream is that as soon as it goes on my palms, I feel a bit icky and feel the need to wash my hands! So all I do now is dab a little bit on the back of my hands, and kinda smush them together so it doesnt go on my palms! |

I get realy dry skin, especially my hands and have never found a better cream than Nutrogena Norwegien Formula. When ever I have a (rare) manicure, they always comment on my soft hands from using this cream daily.

Nutrogena works a treat and you only need a small amount as it is concentrated.

Norwegien forumal is the best. I have used millions of hand cream and this knocks the socks off any others. I use the concentrated stuff.
I also dry knuckles and elbows in winter, but this winter not a bit of dryness due to my cream! |

I use Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour Cream Intensive Moisturizing Hand Treatment - it's brilliant, I'd highly recommend it.
