If you like a bit of spice and heat then here is a really good winter warmer for all to enjoy and if your on a budget even better.

Keema Wraps
Serves 4

From your butchers (£ 1.50) worth of mince beef
4 Tomatoes
4 Cloves Garlic (just use your grater to crush)
Fresh Ginger (use your grater equivalent to 1 Teaspoon)
1 Red Chilli finely chopped, (if you like it hot keep seeds)
1 Green Chilli (cut into fine strips)
1 Tblspoon of cooking oil (vegetable is best)
Pinch of salt
1 Teaspoon of Coriander(dried leaf or ground)
1 Teaspoon Garam masala
Pack of 4/6 Chapatis, if you cant get use tortilla wraps)

Place your mince on a clean surface and apply the ginger and garlic, rub into the meat and set it aside.

Heat oil and fry the ground red chillis till brown

Add the chopped tomatoes and pinch of salt, and fry for a little while

Then add mince meat and let it cook till the water dries up.

Fry green chilies and garnish along with coriander and your garam masala.

Heat your wraps in microwave for about 20 seconds.

Serve it up with the wraps, yum.
A nice winter warmer.
Enjoy

It sounds good but I think i've had my fill of Indian this week. 3 times already

An alternative to the chapati/tortilla would be a Turkish Flat Bread.

I've been experimenting with making these for a while and when you get it right it makes a great wrap.
