Haha, I can explain that, the PMRC wanted to censor the gig at Lollapalooza 1993 and their debut album which was released in November 1992, but they couldnt do anything until after they played the very first note on the very first song, so instead they stood there with no clothes on and the mouths duck taped and handcuffed for around 15 minutes in protest, they played a free gig a month later.

I remember the incident well, for a while the PMRC was the bete noir of every rock band in the world. Mr Mustaine also penned a fairly vitriolic little ditty about Tipper Gore and her cronies.

Nobody seemed to mind, however, when her husband became US vice=president...

As a general rule, its often best not to comment on things you dont understand CARA. pehaps you should heed this advice as you clearly just dont get the point of either the picture or the motivation behind the protest.
