What a sad time..

There is nothing worse than losing a faithful friend.

My heart goes out to you.

My advice:

Get another dog sooner rather than later.... I know this is the toughest of times for you and you probably can't even think of getting another dog right now. But it WILL make the grieving more tolerable..

Thinking of you,

Thank you. I will definately be getting another dog in the future, not looking forward to a new pup piping and chewing just yet though!
At my friends tonight having a drink, my Jess and her dog Axle were the best of friends but he is elderly and not noticed she has gone but....
She has 6 cats, and all night they have been acting odd, two of her cats who don't give me the time of day jumped on me and let me stroke them. Also when I arrived here, I came in the front door but had to look upstairs for some reason and I'm sure I saw Jess stood there, at the top of the stairs. She had her head cocked as if to say " is that you mum?" and she was young and strong. I looked again and there was nothing there.
Now I'm an open minded sceptic, but I like to think it was her and not just my imagination

im still in pieces, i still have 1 dog, little maggie moo my 4 year old westie. im not sure i can go through that pain again, i doubt i will ever have another dog. once maggie has gone to find jessica i think il stick with my fish!

boola, i know what you mean, i had a strange happening this morning, when i used to come home from taking the girls to school, while i was unlocking the door, jessie used to sniff and snort at the gap in the door trying to smell who was there. this morning i came home, and i swear i heard it again. maggie is locked in the ktichen so there was no way it could have been her maybe my baby girl is still wandering around with me

I think she is you know I keep thinking I glimpse her out of the corner of my eye, also, when my OH picked me up in the car to bring me home from my friends last night, my friend swears she saw Jess run past her gate (she used to do this when we took them for a walk, Jess and my friends dog...she was excited!) and it was the young strong Jess like I thought I saw...maybe it's wishful thinking but I think we have seen her and she is young again now

not embarrassed to say i.m in floods of tears here. Been through it too many times so no how hard it is. My thoughts are with you both at this sad time. RIP JESSICA AND JESS. And by the way you have and will see your hairy bairns around you. I still do. Xxx xxx

I'm so sorry to hear you have both lost your dogs, I went through it with my Bilbo and know how heart wrenching it is

I often pick up my boys scent, and dream about him regularly, I believe they always stay close to those who have loved them

Thinking of you both xxx
