Chicken Livers
My mam got a bag of chicken livers and i need some ideas on what to do with them, im also on a low fat diet so no butter or cream please

Wrap them in bacon, put them on skewer and grill.
fry them with bacon and mix with frisse lettece and crutons- a salad - must be heathy.. ![]() Make a spag bol sauce - quite traditional to use chicken livers. Stir fry with chillies and ginger - think thai Google will be your guide

I freeze them in portions when I first get them then thaw a portion when I need it.
I like them just as they are and cooked in a frying pan with only enough oil to stop them sticking. I usually have them with mashed potato and gravy and some veg, if I have any. |

I love them !, I usually just fry them in the frying pan, but I'm going to try some of the other suggestions.
