They just needed more men to go through. It's still 6 women and 2 men but I genuinely think that's what it came down to when deciding who to save!

Really enjoyed tonight's show. The right two were in the final two, and Russel provided good entertainment. Would have been happy for either Elen or Debra to go through. Elen has a real competitive streak and seems to thrive under pressure. 71 (-1) was a great score.

Well, I'm trying to be resonable and perhaps the editing does elen no favours, but........the editing does her no favours...URGHHHH...Alex to win!!!
P.S. Also I know it's really bitchy but the spanish accent can be really sexy (see Nick Clegg's wife) but Elen just sounds like something off a cartoon of the mid 80's to me. ( Even my other half agrees and he loves a bit of an accent!) |

They've both had a nightmare but Alex should win really. Elen's undercooked meat is too big a mistake to just overlook.

Wow it was really difficult for them tonight. Elen was unlucky to have such a shocker.70/100 last week to 90 odd out of 200 was bad. He had to go with the diners' scores though.
I did think Tupele was a much better assistant than Russell. Even though he's good fun and was (hopefully still is) Elen's mate, she would have been better off getting Debra or Ruth. Having said that, it was a bad move to put Russell on mains exclusively at the end. |

I do like these Marco shows. He really brings out the most of the contestants rather than Ramsay who seems to just shout at them until they do it right. Sadly he doesn't seem to be a ratings winner.

I agree, but I think he should laugh and smile more raher than doing the menacing act. When he laughs and looks to be enjoying himself I find him far more engaging.
