Dial code location

Hope this is the correct place to ask a simple question.
Does anyone know where I can obtain a list to download, or a web site that contains a list of UK dialling codes and their location?
i.e. 0116 = Leicester
0208 = London outer
01753 = Slough
02476 = Coventry
And so on.
It's for work puposes, not personal use.
