hi there

i often make payments towards my o2 online tarrif using the o2 website payment facility and my debit card.

i have noticed that if i made a payment of, for example £10.00, my available is balance of my bank account is not only reduced by the £10.00 but also an additional £1.01

the "extra" £1.01 is held in no-mans-land until the £10.00 transaction is processed and then my bank balance is restored to it's true balance and the £1.01 is available again.

anyone else notice that their bank balance is temporarily reduced by o2 ?
