Get a Lindt miniature gold bunny.
They're cute, quiet, except for the little bell, and not only do they not get any bigger but somehow mine always gradually get smaller and smaller until they have totally disappeared and you really can't see them at all, except for the gold coat and you could always make a rug from that.

Forget your mother moila. She obviously doesn't love you. Go for your dream - why bother with second best like fish and little baby rabbit. Get a dolphin. You can keep it in the bathtub.

Buying one is going to be impossible as all those selfish people who already own dolphins like zoos won't want you to have one in your flat. They are just being selfish - they are having to give up their dolphins because stupid scientists say it is cruel to keep dolphins in captivity at all. What do scientists know?

So you'll have to catch one yourself. Sometimes there are dolphins off the coast of Ireland and Cormwall (do you know where Ireland and Cornwall are? If not it might be easier to get an aeroplane to Japan where there are also dolphins)

When there you will need a boat and some bait. They eat fish, so obviously a McDonald's Fillet-o-fish would be the best thing to use. If you can't speak to people, chartering a boat might be upsetting for you, so buy an inflatable dingy from one of those seaside gift shops.

Then just set out to sea in your dingy with your fillet-o-fish and wait. It might take some time, but this is your dream. Never give up

NO no Stressmonkey, just any old dolphin would still be second best so Moila should go for a baby dolphin.

Moila, just find a pod (not a pea pod, it's what they call dolphin groups) with the dinghy and use the Fillet-o-fish bait like Stressmonkey suggests but then you need to harpoon the mother, kill the rest of the pod and catch the baby.
It may not survive without it's mother but hey that's just survival of the fittest like the scientists talk about right? Anyway if it lived for long it might grow and then it wouldn't still fit in the bathtub and it wouldn't be a baby anymore so it's probably the best thing anyway if it doesn't live too long.
I'm with Stressmonkey, live the dream

Or get a Lindt baby bunny

I understand there some lovely miniature dolphins to be found around the Polynesian Islands.

A small boat and a compass should get you there in no time if you set off from Portsmouth.

Don't forget to take a packed lunch.

That's a lovely idea cosmo. But I think moila should ask the Angels to guide her instead of a compass. She can't go wrong with Angels and baby miniature dolphins.

Of course you are quite right StressMonkey.

Angels it is then.

I still say she needs a cockatoo. Maybe even three.

It couldn't hurt cosmo, it couldn't hurt. Perhaps she'll get some in Portsmouth.

I read that in the voice of the actor who played the Commander in Galaxy Quest.

He used to say Never Give Up a lot.

Moila's threads, or more accurately, the responses to Moila's threads are always a good way of cheering up a miserable day......

Lovin' your work everyone!

P.S. Moila, I would also recommend a baby dolphin, I have one myself and contrary to popular belief, they DON'T grow up into adult dolphins, especially if you keep them in the sink.

Mind you, it's not a very entertaining pet any more, 'cos it doesn't move unless I poke it and it's beginning to smell a bit...
