Celeriac and Fennel
Left over in the organic box is a celeriac root and a head of fennel. Neither is a real favourite, but does anyone know a recipe using both? If it helps, I have lots of fresh stock from boiling a gammon joint,

You could try a coleslaw/remoulade. It will be a little more punchier with the fennel but it may work.

celeriac is what the french make celeri remoulade from
grated celeriac (blanched or raw? not sure) in a very mild mustard mayonaise/dressing -------- fennel will cook like a slightly aniseed celery - nice veg, if you like cooked celery |
