Hi
Can anyone help me please????
I have a Viewsonic LCD TV N3260 about 4 years old.
The picture has started flickering when you put it on as if its not tuned in. It use to be a few seconds but now its about 20 mins then is fine. I have discontected everything on it and just run on teresstial and it is still the same. Seems it needs to warm up.
I can only find one repair place for Viewsonic and you have to send the TV to them....not very practically!!

Any help would be great
thanks!

I guess it's a problem with the TV backlighting control gear. May be someone local could fix it for you.

Sounds like the power supply for the backlights... when the components heat up, they reach the right values... maybe blown capacitors...

Thanks guys!
As I've no idea about this......is this likely to be expensive! and are these parts that are common on all TVs or do you need Viewsonic parts? May be difficult to viewsonic parts

thanks a lot
