O2 PAYT help
Yet another question, is there any websites which have useful information about O2? e.g. how to get your balance on-screen (I know you press *#10#) or is there a 1471 service or what? O2's website is useless and since I only bought a sim and not a phone with O2, I don't know what features there is and how to access them all.

Didn't you get a set of booklets with the SIM? There is a pullout guide in one of them...
