I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for the geezer on the Wii ad.

As for Chris Dean - yep, he'd get it

That's generally how I feel about all men

I rarely give any guy under 35 the time of day.

Shame my Uni days are over - I spent a lot of time in Islington when I was a student.

Maybe it's just as well I've finished. I'd more than likely end up with a restraining order

Quite a while 1998-2006 (I worked in Angel for a bit too).

How about yourself? You implied you don't live there anymore?

I worked in Islington from 1994-1999 before trying to further young people's learning. Boy was I wrong. Really enjoyed working in Islington. Loved getting bargains in Chapel Market, the pubs, Sadlers Wells theatre, the Japanese Canteen etc. Now I am stuck in the backwaters of Essex. Still love DOI. Jeremy not the best skater, but very elegant and an excellent posture.

There are some great pubs, bars and restaurants in Islington, I agree

As for Jeremy, his ballet training will stand him in good sted for the 'dance' aspect of his perfrmances. Hopefully the 'skating' element will improve as he becomes more comfortable and confident on the ice.

I know Islington quite well and the pubs; The Kings Head, The Wenlock Arms and The York spring to mind.

Some good restaurants and some mighty pretentious ones; compared to the Northern venues The Living Room is tacky and scruffy.

Used to love the Screen on the Green - but I hear the experience is not quite the same since the Everyman takeover.

Now back on topic - I hope Jeremy can translate his elegance from the ballet to the ice - if so he could be awesome.

Oh and Hi Sid xxx

Hmmm ....Well the ballet training did show through but I'm not convinced that the skating element is going to improve that much. Hate to say it Sid, but as much as I like Jeremy, I think you're going to be disappointed in that I don't think he's going to last very long!

Sid, behave yourself!

(I've just thought, that sounds like a line from Barbara Windsor in a Carry on film).

I'm not!

Just a northerner who's bridged the Watford Gap.
