No or bad Signal
I have 'no or bad signal'. Have tried restarting the box and going back to factory settings, but it still can't find the signal.
I have checked and the cables are plugged into the back. Before I phone the satellite people to come and check the dish, is there anything else I should try? Thanks |

I'd try checking one cable at a time to see if there's any difference as thats how I tracked down a faulty feed (although understand after the last update the diagnostic now works for both lines).

I phoned the sat people and they said that they'd had a few calls and it was probably due to snow on the antenna. This is strange as there was no problem last time when we had 10 inches or so. But he said this is different snow !
I'll wait until the snow goes just in case he's right. |
