Favourite Cocktail?
Been getting into these recently. My missus loves a Cosmopolitan but I love a "Delilah", also known as a White Lady.
* 1 1/2 oz gin * 3/4 oz Cointreau * 3/4 oz lemon juice Kicks like a mule but tastes beautiful!

White Russian all the way. Or possibly a stupidly spicy Bloody Mary.

I do love a Cosmo
![]() But my ultimate is the Porn Star Martini - it is heaven in a glass!! Sadly it's a house speciality for just one bar and not a cocktail you can order anywhere ![]() http://www.dollargrillsandmartinis.c...ar-classic.asp |

Mine would have to be a sea breeze....although I'm not allowed Grapefruit juice anymore so they are pretty much off the menu.
Since I'm not allowed that one anymore I guess I'll have to go with A Pina Colada or a Green Eyes. |

Mine would have to be a mojito. I had them on holiday in Cuba last year and were amazing.

I'm with you there Martin! Brilliant that you can buy cachaca in supermarkets now too and make your own.

We got a xmas pressie from my husband's mum which consisted of a cocktail shaker, several cocktail books and loads and loads of alcohol and mixers!! We were delighted and have been trying loads of them. So far hubby's favourites are Singapore Sling and Vodka Collins and I'm quite partial to the Singapore Sling and Espresso Martini.

Generally like fruit (but not banana), not creamy and my favourite spirit is rum. "Ticks all the boxes" |

Long Island Ice Tea. Is that a cocktail? Regardless, it's gorgeous.

Top Shelf Margarita, with Patron, Grand Marnier, Cointreau, fresh squeezed key lime juice, and a little agave nectar.

![]() Also like a good 'Long Island Iced Tea', or a perfectly made 'Old Fashioned'. Think a good cocktail relies a lot on the person mixing it, and to the quality of the ingredients used. |

I like cosmopolitans and bellinis. I also once had a gorgeous variation of the traditional bellini which had raspberry puree rather than peach and champagne rather than prosecco. |
