BT Trying To Rip Us Off

Hi we moved house just befor xmas got bt phone back on after 2 weeks.Then today to my shock had A text and email from o2 who I have broadband saying they are suspending it due to bt telling them they cutting the line off.Rang up BT today said it to do with not paying a £16 bill from december which we had no reminder to pay we only got this mouth bill £120 on monday which we planned to pay friday.Now Bt are saying we have to put a new order in and want us pay £59 on top of the £120 bill which my dad wont pay as he feels bt are trying to rip us off now he on about going with talk talk which none of us want to go on to.

Thanks BT Support I have emailed btcare@bt.com 2 days ago still waiting for a reply and today we had a termination letter from bt saying they turn it off on january 29th so we want to know why it went off 2 weeks early we had no chance to pay the bill.
