It's OK.

It sounds a bit like Jump by The Pointer Sisters

Surely you mean Jump by Van Halen?

I've heard the full version. I'm not too impressed! It's a bit cheesy, like an up-to-date 80s song from a bad film.

I hope it grows on me. I love Goldfrapp. I hope they don't write another Supernature!

Thanks for sharing that. Riveting.

Back on topic, I think it's fantastic. Back to up-beat goldfrapp.

You'll probably have came across Oh La La. I think it's one of their worse singles.

Upbeat doesn't necessarily mean good, though. I have to admit that Rocket is already growing on me.

I'm a huge Goldfrapp fan and feel the same way. I was hoping for something more innovative and edgy from them.

Found it on Youtube <<CLICK>>

The main synth part does sound a bit like Jump. Quite like it on first listen though .

Exactly, it's just catchy, and that's it. It'll grow old I imagine.

I really hope it's a red herring!

I agree with other posters; it wouldn't sound out place on the Pointer Sisters' Break Out album (which isn't a bad thing).

I prefer Ooh La La to Rocket, but it is hopefully just the commercial first single.

I was expecting more airy, wavy vocals on soary Ladyhawke synths, not full on 80's nostalgia.

Agreed. The new one is called Believer. I like it a lot but it's very similar to a lot of their other songs. Not really anything ground breaking but very enjoyable.

Believer is really good. It's got my attention a lot more than Rocket did.

It's been removed from YouTube, but you can listen here.

Two more songs have leaked (well, three I believe now!).

"Shiny And Warm" and "Alive". Both of them are... average

Apparently some of "Head First" (the song) has leaked, too.

The songs are ok...seems a step back from Seventh Tree though, I'll buy it and love it regardless though

I'm going to buy it, definitely, but I'm not sure if this will grow on me. I've never been a fan of 80s pop.

The album only has 9 tracks and is about 35 mins long!
