Iknow not everyone will have seen the episode yet.

So in tonightd EastEnders we saw pat Have a stroke but how many soaps on tv have actually had a stroke storyline?

Jim in EastEnders was off screen but written into the show.

But i can only remember Helen Daniels having a stroke in neighbours many years ago.

what other soaps have done this storyline?
im sure its been done a feww time but not sure by who

Though I've read the spoilers, it seemed to come across as more of a stroke than a heart attack to me.

It's a heart attack. If you noticed Pat was holding her left arm. Pain in the left arm is one sign of a heart attack.
