Ate loads and loads of ice-cream (late) last night, and I STILL feel really queasy and like i'm 'nearly about to be sick'.

I'm guessing my stomach lining is just irritated or something with all the cold/lactose. Anything I can eat/drink to try and neutralise things?

Camomile tea is meant to be a good remedy for stomach ache.

eat some wafers, a few flakes and squirt some raspberry syrup into your mouth

you might not feel completely 100% after, but you should feel 99

I love ice-cream too. My advice is just to keep your diet light. Toast and tea but don't spread a lot of margarine on your toast. Even a lightly bolied egg or some chicken soup.

Really? I hadn't heard that one, I might have to try it.

OP, I always have peppermint tea after meals, it's great for digestion, it's the classic remedy for any digestive issues. I think it's great when I've overeaten, especially when I've overeated dairy things.

You can't irritate your stomach lining with ice cream, it's probably all the sugar making you feel queasy.

If it's still repeating on you take a couple of Tums.
