Ate too much ice-cream
Ate loads and loads of ice-cream (late) last night, and I STILL feel really queasy and like i'm 'nearly about to be sick'.
I'm guessing my stomach lining is just irritated or something with all the cold/lactose. Anything I can eat/drink to try and neutralise things? |

OP, I always have peppermint tea after meals, it's great for digestion, it's the classic remedy for any digestive issues. I think it's great when I've overeaten, especially when I've overeated dairy things. |

You can't irritate your stomach lining with ice cream, it's probably all the sugar making you feel queasy.
If it's still repeating on you take a couple of Tums. |
