Will she be releasing another single from her album or was Earthquake the last?

I don't really know, haven't heard anything. Earthquake flopped badly so maybe she mightn't release another single for a while. I would love either Ghost, Symmetry or Hearts Collide to be her next single.

She is good but it is jus the name Little Boots, for god's sake she is a grown woman. Why trivialise yourself with airhead mimsy childish names like Pixie Lott, Little Boots and lady GaGa?

I am not sure who she is appealing to?

I think Little boots is focussing on releasing her stuff in the US for the time being. I wonder how the americans will take to her.

I'm sure they will like her music, she is quite good. She has promoted her songs over there before I think and she is touring there this year.

I really hope she does well. She's very nice and her music's really good and different, it's a pity she didn't succeed more here with "Hands". Hopefully her next album will do better here. Best of luck with the US though.

Maybe people weren't buying it much as it wasn't related to X Factor??

It was released in 2008, but failed to chart. Also i think Meddle charted highly on one the US sub-charts. Hot Singles Sales or Dance Singles Sales i think.

It was released before the X Factor had started, but even if it hadn't been I think that's a bit of a poor excuse.

It certainly is. Have you heard the original version from one of her EPs? Its epic!

I don't think it's an excuse, just a comment regarding what it takes to make it "big."

Who cares anyway? Lots of people seem to like her and enjoy her music, it doesn't matter that it wasn't the fastest selling female solo album of the year or whatever. I'm sure she's got bread on the table.

You said it. IMO she's original and different from a lot of other acts round at the moment and she worked hard on her album.

She's pretty talented but IMO mistakes were made in promoting her. 'New In Town' made people think she just another pop artist so they weren't really intersted in her full album. That's what I think, anyway. That single sounds like it was written by someone else anyway as a way to get her noticed.

I wasn't criticising her sales, sales don't matter a jot to me.

Remedy should have been her first single, then New In Town, then Ghost (released around Halloween), then Symmetry or Hearts Collide. Earthquake was a bit weak IMO. I think Remedy did better than either New In Town or Earthquake.

I found New in Town more original than Remedy. It still sounds fresh when played on the radio today.

New In Town's ok but I personally prefer Remedy. Was listening to it again yesterday. I suppose Remedy gets boring if you play it too much but New in Town sounds ok the 70th time you play it.

Does anyone else love Earthquake? I think its beautiful, its my favourite from the album by far. I can't believe it only got to number 84, especially as it was A-Listed by Radio 1.

I quite like Ghost, Click, New in Town and Mathematics too. But I think the albums fairly weak. Compared to someone like La Roux it just sounds a bit watered down and dull.
