It's a real shame, because it was a decent garage tune, but I'm glad it didn't get to number 1, just for her desperate push to get it there.”

Wasnt it Sophie Ellis Bextor that stopped her from going to Number 1 im sure Groovejet was out at the same time when VB did collab with the truesteppers.

Yes, it was. I prefer Out of Your Mind personally, but hey!

The Dane Bowers / Victoria Beckham single had been number one in the midweeks all week and was outsold by Spiller / Sophie Ellis-Bextor on the Saturday afternoon - and ended up 20,000 copies behind in the end. Some reports at the time claimed that Spiller / SEB caught up at the last moment due to many people buying the record on the Saturday afternoon as they returned to the UK from their holidays abroad. The Spiller track was massive in all the holiday hotspots at the time.

I've always loved that song, I thought she took a lot of unnecessary stick when it came out. I think half the time it was slated purely because it was her.

I love this song and i remember the whole number 1 thing, so many people thought that it would get to number 1 and it didnt. I was so annoyed that it didnt get to the top spot although sophies song is fantastic. If she would of got that number 1 it would of meant that all of the spice girls would have had individual number 1s, setting a record for the only girl band in history to do so.

I quite liked that song actually, I thought it was a good club track. I wonder where Truesteppers are now, everyone forgets about them when they talk about this song?

I remember that VB and Dane got the "Saturday Chart" number one on CD:UK. It was quite funny actually seeing as they didn't get the number one in the end.

Actually there isn't that much tuner on her vocals, she can sing a lot better than people give her credit for.

Dane recently said in an interview that his vocals had more autotuner on them than hers did.

I still love that song, I can't stand VB bashing, she has a good voice, listen to her album, listen to her ballads. She can hold a note. This song is good, they should re-release it.

It was Sophe Ellis-Bextor & Groovejet that beat them.

Yeah her self titled debut in 2001 and if you look hard enough on youtube, you'll find the unreleased songs she recorded for what would have been her second album before the record company went bust.
