Lady Gaga and. . .
Madonna Britney Spears Jay Z Wish we could have heard a Madonna/MJ track, apparently there almost was one but MJ found Madonna to be a bit too risque for his liking. Britney and Christina |

that could work spectacularly well , operatic vocals and black metal have combined before to create some fantastic stuff - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMGpcjzb67Q&feature=fvw |

A Shakira and Joss Stone duet would rock.

It wasn't really meant as a joke, as you point out there has been some great combinations of the operatic and metal genres. Epica and Therion are two fine examples of so-called "Symphoninc Metal"
those not familar with such bands might remember evanessence although not entirely black metal it gives an idea of what good female vocals and rock can achieve . |

Britney...with anyone
My sister and I were talking about this earlier, why has Britney done pretty much only one duet? (the one with Madonna) The one with N.E.R.D doesn't count in my books because he doesn't exactly sing and dance with her like the duets I'm picturing Good song though! Why do you think it is? |

She did one with Snopp Dogg, but cancelled it during the video shoot.
Just because he's a rapper type person, not someone who can sing and dance with her. Know what I mean? I'm not explaining myself very well am I, haha!Quote:
There is one with Gaga on backing vocals. Quicksand. Gaga wrote it too.
And like you said, Gaga's only backing vocals. Wouldn't be surprised if they weren't even in the studio together. And it's not like they released it together too.She did a duet with Justin on "What it's like to be me" which was cool, but again, not released, just an album track. |

I thought it was the video for In the Closet and Madonna wanted to dress as a guy and Michael to dress as a woman.
Such a great shame, Then again when it was discovered Madonna's "people" had been in touch with MJs to arrange at least one night of his residency where Madonna would appear on stage with him, would have been amazing. |

Yeah it was In the Closet I heard about, she wanted to add to it and then be in the video but he didn't agree with her ideas so it didn't happen.
