To be fair to you, I don't think Kieron is that camp. It's just that he's just camp enough at times that, even if we didn't know anything else about him, it'd be pretty easy to work out he is likely to be gay.

Part of the confusion for some people I think is that his character on Hollyoaks is a definitely straight, girlfriend-beating, joyriding, criminal chav of a father. (Though still relatively lovable with it, somehow). And unlike most actors on Hollyoaks, he can actually act, so he plays him convincingly enough that it's maybe a bit of a surprise he isn't the same!

What bugs me most is two of the male pros have to pretend to be single for some reason,have seen stuff in mags where both have said they are single when I know for fact that they are not!!
Unless of course this has been there choice but why pretend??

I think Matt just seems to like being private. I don't know why they don't really say they're with people, but I suppose some people would be upset I don't know... He's American and they tend to be quite coy about these things for some reason. I suppose it's a personal choice and just saying he's single is easy... Whatever makes him happy you know and he seems happy.

Absolutely.

Being camp suits some people, regardless of their sexual orientation (Bruce Forsythe and Julian Clary on Strictly, for example) but with Kieron I'm not so keen. Plus, I think he has quite a negative attitude.

I find some of his mannerisms camp, but he doesn't strike me as a 'over the top' camp guy. I couldn't care less if he were gay, straight or indifferent. like any of them really, its not important.
