Insured phone lost in post
Hello
If my insured phone gets lost in the post, can i make a claim on Vodafone insurance? |

I would say No since technically the phone is Unattended at the time of loss.
You should always send valuble items by either Special Delivery or Insured Courier though. Steve |

Steve I paid for the postage via PayPal and it got handed in at a post-office, but i didn't get a tracking number... Nowhere on the PayPal postage receipt does it state that you need to get a tracking number from the PO! I thought it was all done online. |

If you sent it Special Delivery then it's insured automatically upto £500 so maybe start a claim with RM
|

They always give you a receipt unless the Postie behind the Inch thick glass was a tea leaf...
