Ladbrokes have halved the odds on a full scale sexual encounter taking place in the Big Brother 5 house from 4/1 to 2/1.

Ladbroke's spokesman Warren Lush says, ''Producers are going to pull out all the stops on this one to make sure they get some raunchy antics. But we hope there is plenty of action in the house because that means we take more bets.''

Why is it that 'sex in the House' has become equated with a good Big Brother?

Because it would sell papers and boost the ratings, to be honest I would rather see some really good arguments and conflict. Lets face it if there was any nookie it would be under duvets or whatever and all you would 'see' would be in your imagination anyhow and we can all use our imagination.

That usually happens anyway after really good sex.
