Cancelling with Vodafone (Problems)

I contacted vodafone last week about cancelling my iphone and contract within the 7 day cool off period. I already had problems before with them sending me two i-phones and charging me £4.99 delivery for one of them, I'm still waiting on a return box for that one as it is.

Anyway, I contacted vodafone who told me the line was extremely busy and to e-mail them at info@v-store.com (which I done on the 21st) in order to cancel but I hadn't heard anything since.

I called them this morning and I was told I had to contact another number who could deal with the situation (08448540430) but when I call that number it says the line is currently unavailable. Can anyone advice me on what to do? Cause quite frankly I'm starting to lose patience.
