I'm totally stunned at people defending these lazy stinky people as if they are some natural or cultural occurrence like being gay or black. Seriously this is totally unbelievable. If washing and wearing clothes made me straight instead of gay then wonderful.

Look at this woman here. She wouldn't look so bad if she wasn't wearing her slippers but the thought that she slept in those clothes and probably hasn't changed out of them for a few days...yuK!
I like how she ticks all the boxes. Nightclothes - tick Slippers - tick Enormous earrings - tick Out shopping "for a pack of fags" - tick

If washing and wearing clothes made me straight instead of gay then wonderful."as a busy single mum of 'free I can't find time to get dressed" - but you can find time to contact the papers and stand around in your sweat stained and other body-fluid covered PJs and pose for pictures? Eugh. Yes, I know the above post was quite right wing but it was from the heart....

Well if Asda have any sense they'll welcome pj wearers and make a mint on extra custom.

Having read the this thread it seems that many people take issue with the idea of someone going out without washing - just out of interest what are your thoughts on people who go to work without washing in the morning and instead shower before going to bed?

I used to think people were in our local Morrisons in their pyjamas because it's opposite the hospital and I assumed they'd just popped over the road!
But I've recently seen it happeneing in other shops too, to me it's the height of laziness, if you're still in your pyjamas then you probably haven't had a wash either. If you have washed, then why not get dressed and throw on some trackies if you;re ina hurry. There really is no need for it |

Some classic lines in the BBC interview. Quote:
About a week ago we went into Tescos just to buy a packet of cigarattes and they refused us cos we had pyjama bottoms on and erm they said that pyjamas ain't allowed in the store. It offends -It makes people offensive like, so erm
So what sort of time of day was this? This was about half past ten, 11 o'clock in the morning, it was early in the morning like. Even though you are only coming in to get cigarettes you do wear your best pyjamas into the shop so you looks tidy |

Just have a little self respect, or is that too much to ask, or is that a dirty word nowadays.

Good news for the majority of Tesco shoppers then!

Well I guess it probably is if you normally only get up at 10am. |
