I have a Nokia 6300 and when ever I get a voicemail message the screen on the phone goes white and locks up - it won't even turn off and despite removing the battery it takes a while to correct itself.
Also just now, I had a message saying my mailbox was full. Before I could delete texts, the phone locked up again and again took a while to correct itself. Even when it came unlocked, it took a while for the phone to be able to receive messages again.
From reading the Internet I can tell this seems like a common problem with the 6300 but is it a sim card issue, or do I need to replace the phone? My phone is locked so I can't test another card in it.
Thanks for any advice...
