OK today is the day that my number gets transferred from orange to o2. It just seems to have happened only it says I have no credit on my O2 sim!! I had £8.65 in it before the number transfer. I know I'll lose my Orange credit but surely I'll keep the O2 credit? It says it make take up to 24 hrs to gain full functions such as text messaging etc would this have something to do with it?

I got my number transferred from O2 to Virgin once and all my credit was still available! It shouldn't have anything to do with that but maybe it might, i would phone them up!

Phoned them and they put the £8.65 back onto my sim. However later on I topped up but the e-topup card was stll registered to my old number so i topped up a disconnected number with £10, I phoned but they said the records weren't updated yet and to call again tomorrow. I bet I'll have to topup yet again tomorrow to activate the sim
