i heard a quick snippet of her having a go at jade goody on something to do with how many calories jade eats and there was a bit of a graon from the audience maybe the saw it as out of order

Count the threads on the comings and goings of various ex HMs yawn yawn yawn, are people that obsessed with these HMs that they have to cyber stalk them for years to come? Anyone can start a thread about some other BB related topic if they want....................it's not our fault that BB4 was so boring that no one is interested any more

Hamlet I think that's taking them too much at face value - I don't think all those threads are "pontificating" about anything... or intended to be "news"....

there's something of a point scoring banter between certain feuding rival camps going on in here....

kind of a long running DSBB soap that I find is quite amusing from the sidelines...

and I suppose it keeps this place going until BB5 starts - let's hope this year's bunch are interesting enough to finally bury the ghosts of the BB3 lot

The maddest thing is, the only people who constantly complain that other BB contestants aren't on TV enough are those who claim to dislike him

Looks like no one apart from me actually saw this programme or indeed the second one yesterday-it was pretty minority viewing with no publicity.(Not sure why she did it or the boy band comments-probably seemed like it would be a laugh and she was no doubt getting a little bored partying and holidaying all the time)

Bloody video played up again-so just typing from memory.

Minority quiz show channel but looked quite fun.

Kate chosen to launch the new show-first guest along with Ewan Macintosh from the office (other first week guests were-Mathew Wright, Vicky Butler-Henderson, David and Carrie Grant(on opposing teams) and then Katy Hill(in pigtails)and Chris Simmonds(ex-Bill).
I think the way it works is you put your name on a big list if you are available for these little appearances and get asked if a producer thinks you are a good possibility.This is probably the first time Kate has been free to enter this syndicate. I am guessing it was shot a month ago as Kate’s two toner was quite well grown out.
(Kate wore some great new boots bought from Camden Market I would guess).

Kate was paired with Dan Clark-who looks a bit like Helen’s chum off the Footie.
Rob Deering was the enemy and Andy Goldstein was compere-all new up and coming comedians.
Quite surprised –I thought these shows just fed lines and answers to the contestants-but that did not seem so on this one anyway.

Kate was a little nervous in the introductions-surrounded by comedians again!-but settled well in once she got the first two questions correct.
They were for the other team-about BB-they got them wrong and Kate got them right on passover.
One was of the BB winners who had the biggest end vote-they guessed Kate I think-forgetting the split voting and Kate got Brian correct.
Second question was amount of cash alleged to have been earned by same.They guessed Craig Kate got Brian again.
Some hilarity when they first tried to get Kate to guess her figure and then to confirm the figure when it came up.(they were taken from that sun story a few months ago).They tortured her for a bit and she admitted to somewhere between 70,000 and a million.
When pulled up on the million she said if it really was a million she would be overseas on a beach somewhere not earning £ 8.35 appearing on this show.Ewan then chipped in -ah so you are getting more than me then -I will contact my agent.

There was some remark about Davina being fat but it went over my head.

One question I remember wanted the answer “animals with pouches” someone said Marsupials and it was marked wrong!

One question involved buzzing when you get the connection-one name –Kate buzzed-second name was Timmy Mallet-so Kate said-“oh I’m wrong I was going to say people who are funny” everyone joined in admiring her quick witty comment. Perhaps some of Iain’s magic has rubbed off.(Btw Iain and Holly co-hosted a Computer Games award show recently-shown on ITV on Saturday I believe).

The remark about Jade was to do with eating and bracketed Rik Waller with Jade-the number of calories eaten in a day I think(which judging from what we saw on BTR might have been correct in itself-the audience reaction was not a groan but more the oo you sometimes get when two birds square up for a fight.
I remember one toward the end about Germans where the answer was Frankfurters(not techno it seems)-Kate was asked whether she liked Frankfurters and she said she loved them and was looking to carry on the fest when the compere moved on-perhaps he thought he was about to get burned!

The result was anyway-Katiebear wins again.(Robs team took a hell of a beating )

Well, I always though Kate would like to get her gums around a certain hot German sausage....if you know what I mean....

I do not think he would risk it now though.(She may have had her teeth done for a better,harder bite)
