Album Version
Released Version With Lady GaGa

Which do you prefer? I'm gonna get the album but I much prefer the released version. I didn't realise the album version was slightly different, I thought Lady GaGa just sang the second verse and bits in between.

Both are awful. To think this is the same Beyonce than sang Halo and Broken Hearted Girl....

The GaGa version is better, but not my much.

I can understand why people dislike this song. I did when I first heard it. thought it was awful. Love it now though though GaGa's version.

I think Beyonce should stay away from the urban side of her music. On this song and in the video she comes across as a total slut when actually she's got tons of class. She is much better at big ballads (IIWAB, Halo, BHG, Listen etc) or club bangers (Sweet Dreams, Single Ladies).....she doesn't need all this "if you liking this position you can tape it on your video phone, uh uh" crap.

I still can't understand why she released this over Radio. Video Phone is horrible. Absolutely appaling. Radio was a true gem. So was Disappear.

What I hate about this song is that people are being completely pathetic and saying the video glamorises guns. It's a freeking plastic gun which looks like one of those Super Soakers... you know, the toys you can buy in kids shops!

Didn't like Videophone on the I Am... album. Thought it was crap. However its got a bit of something extra now Gaga is on the track. I like it.

That's what I thought. Was gonna download the album from itunes so that I could pick out individual tracks rather than buy the whole thing, there are a few on there that bore me. I was gonna buy the GaGa version of Video Phone until I found out that it works out cheaper to buy the physical release. £5.99 for the album on play.com while it's £7.99 for the download on itunes.
